So, I was watching some year-end VH1, (yeah, if you know me, I most certainly am that kind of girl), and there was a show on called best year ever. Throughout the show, I

just kept thinking, “hey, I had a good year too”. So I decided to run some numbers…here’s what I came up with: 1-Number of full years that Philly Unleashed has been in business.  Although I’ve been training dogs forever, I didn’t have the guts to actually start my own business until last June. So 2012 was officially our first full year! 3-number of trainers who started working for Philly Unleashed in 2012. 704-number of private lessons that Philly Unleashed trainers did in 2012. Wow!  Talk about busy! 29,992– number of miles Nicole’s little blue Saab has driven for training this year.  (We hit 100k this year…think we will make it to 200K?) 15- Number of pounds lost by Nicole this year.  Not because I’ve gotten to the gym more, mind you…but because I’m walking so much with your dogs!

6.2-average number of group classes Philly Unleashed holds each week. 3.73- average number of times I drive through Starbucks in one week.  That’s a lot of grande blonde roasts and protein bistro boxes. I’m actually starting to feel a little bad about myself…I’m not even going to tell you what those receipts total.  Can anyone say “New Year’s Resolution”? 28-number of dogs pulled from ACCT, trained by Philly Unleashed and adopted out through the New Leash on Life prison program. 47– number of hours Uluru logged as a therapy dog last year!  That girl sure knows how to give back…unless you are talking about giving back a tennis ball! So, Who’s had the best year ever?  I’m pretty sure the answer is Philly Unleashed!  Whether you’ve taken a class with us, done a private lesson,(or 10!!!), referred us to a friend, or even just followed us on Facebook or Twitter.  We would like to thank you for making 2012 our best year ever, and we look forward to what 2013 brings!
