We’re concerned, and we’re taking all possible precautions.
To all of our Philly Unleashed folks and pups, we understand that a lot has happened in the past few weeks, and we wanted to let you know that we take the current pandemic seriously. Safety and cleanliness has always been important to us, and we continue to disinfect and clean our classrooms and farm often. We do not want to put anyone at undue risk as we continue to offer group classes, private lessons, behavior walks, and Farmcamp stays.
Moving forward, we ask that all clients and instructors:
- Avoid class if you have traveled in the past 14 days.
- Avoid physical greeting with classmates. Use social distancing (wave from afar with a smile!).
- Wash hands frequently, especially before and after class, for at least 20 seconds using soap and water.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid contact with individuals who are sick.
- Use a tissue or sleeve to cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing.
We also ask our clients to keep in mind our cancellation policy. If you are not feeling well and need to cancel, please do so within the cancellation window on your contract. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can let our instructors know, as they have committed to the class. Stay home if sick, but shoot us a head’s up as soon as possible.
Our instructors will be avoiding handshakes, while they continue to wash hands in between classes and sanitize between clients to minimize risk.
We will continue to follow guidelines set out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and and the World Health Organization (WHO), along with our local requirements at the city and state levels, and we will communicate any updates regarding services. If you have questions or concerns, please respond to this email or shoot us an email at info@phillyunleashed.com.
